How Our Postal Watch Repair Service Works
Repairs by Post makes postal watch repairs simple. Open your online watch repair request, send your watch safely using our postal process, approve your quote, and receive your repair back by tracked return.
Whether you need a battery replacement, glass repair, strap replacement, or full service, the process is designed to be clear, safe, and easy to follow from start to finish.
STEP 1
Open a watch repair request
Open a repair request online, tell us the watch brand and the fault, and upload photos if helpful. Our team reviews the job and, if we can help, sends you the next steps for posting your watch to our UK service centre.
STEP 2
FREEPOST / TRACK
Send your watch using our Royal Mail return options. You can use our return label route or choose the right insured service for the value of your watch.
Fully insured, up to £10,000 cover subject to status.
STEP 3
Diagnostic examination
Before any repair, service, or overhaul is carried out, we inspect the watch and prepare a detailed estimate for your approval.
(If you reject our assessment your watch will be returned for a charge of minimum £12.95 by the same insured tracked service subject to T&C's).
STEP 4
Easy online payment
Once you accept the estimate, we carry out the approved repair work and keep you updated by email. We then issue a digital invoice you can pay online before the watch is returned.
STEP 5
RECEIVE YOUR WATCH
Your watch goes through final quality checks before it is packed and returned by tracked post. You will be notified when it leaves our service centre.
