On some occasions, the parts required for your watch are only available via the brand. In these circumstances, we recommend that we send your watch to the manufacturer. We manage the return and repair, charging you the manufactures standard price.
The manufacturer will provide the confirmed costs once they receive your watch. You will have the option to decline before any work commences.
If you decline the estimate, please be aware we charge a min fee of £24.99 for shipping both ways.
