For standard repairs and servicing
We will issue an invoice in order for us to complete your repair. We offer an easy to use, secure online payment process — So you can make payment immediately online.
Luxury watch repairs, vintage watch servicing and restoration.
In some circumstances, we may ask you to pay 50% of our estimated costs up-front. If we require part-payment up-front, we will let you know by email or within our estimate of costs.
Diagnostic fees, for non-repaired watches — fakes or replicas.
You will receive an invoice for the standard diagnostic fee when we notify you if we are unable to repair your item, or you reject our estimate for repair.
