However, although we offer a free-post service for sending in watches and a free evaluation service — Under our terms and conditions, we do make a minimum £12.95 charge to help cover our handling, insured postage and packing fees for the safe return of items.
The minimum £12.95 diagnostic fee when:
- You decline to proceed with our estimate.
- Your watch parts are no longer available.
- We are unable to complete your repair.
